CarePro Connect ("we", "our", "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. We comply with all applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and BC PIPA.

1 Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App. This includes language preference, procedure timelines, medication reminders, and optional profile information.

We do NOT collect:

  • Provincial health card numbers
  • Diagnostic medical data
  • Financial or banking information
  • Government-issued identification
  • Biometric identifiers

2 Automatically Collected Information

Includes device type, browser type, IP address (minimized), usage analytics, and performance data. No precise geolocation is collected.

3 How We Use Personal Information

Used solely to operate and improve the App, reminders, and multilingual education. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4 Storage & Protection

We use secure servers, encryption, SSL/TLS, encrypted databases, and access controls.

5 When We Share

Shared only with secure service providers essential to the App. Disclosure to authorities occurs only when legally required.

6 Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies only (session, language preference). No advertising cookies.

7 Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as required to operate the App or comply with law. Users may request deletion.

8 Your Rights & Consent

  • Access & Correction: Request access, corrections, or deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent by deleting data, requesting deletion, or discontinuing use of the App.
  • Children's Privacy: Intended for users 16+. No intentional collection of children's information.
