It is designed for seniors, newcomers, caregivers, and families who want simple, accessible, and culturally inclusive guidance for surgery preparation and recovery.
Q3. Is CarePro Connect a medical app?
CarePro Connect provides educational support only. It does NOT replace medical advice, diagnosis, or professional care. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.

Surgeries & Procedures

Q4. Which surgeries does CarePro Connect support?
CarePro Connect currently supports cataract surgery. More surgeries—including knee replacement, hip replacement, gallbladder surgery, hernia repair, and coronary surgery—will be added over time.
Q5. Why can I only see cataract surgery right now?
The app launches with cataract surgery to ensure a high‑quality, accurate, and easy‑to‑follow patient experience. Additional surgeries will appear inside the app as they are added.

Q6. Which languages does the app support?
CarePro Connect provides multilingual guidance for diverse Canadian communities. New languages continue to be added to support seniors and newcomers.
Q7. How do I change my language?
You can choose your language when you first use the app. More languages will be added in future updates.

Reminders & Timelines

Q8. How do reminders work?
CarePro Connect will notify you when it’s time to complete important steps—such as preparing for surgery, taking medications, or following recovery instructions.
Q9. Can I customize my reminders?
Yes. You can adjust your medication reminders and notification preferences to suit your schedule.

Using the App

Q10. Do I need an account to use CarePro Connect?
No. The app is designed for ease of use and does not require creating an account to begin.
Q11. Does the app work on all devices?
Yes. CarePro Connect is available on Web App, iOS App (Coming Soon), and Android App (Coming Soon).
Q12. Will my information sync across devices?
Yes. Your saved data works across your devices as long as you use the same browser or app environment.

Privacy & Security

Q13. Is my information secure?
Yes. CarePro Connect complies with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA & BC PIPA). Data is encrypted and stored securely.
Q14. What information does the app collect?
We collect only the information needed to provide timelines and reminders. We do NOT collect health card numbers, diagnostic information, or financial data.
Q15. Can I delete my data?
Yes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@careproconnect.ca.
